The Proof Collection offers an array of oak alternatives designed for a broad spectrum of spirits. Our proprietary fire toast profiles give distillers everything they need to accentuate new and bold flavors.

The smaller size of bagged squares speeds up flavor uptake and avoids “pencilly” and “brown paper bag” characteristics often associated with excessive exposure to end-grain. Available in both American and French Oak.
